Bears

In all seriousness it’s time for Kevin Warren to bring in the big broom and start all over with his own people.

Who is QB-2? Lol
Let’s lose every game this year so we can get the #1 pick so we can trade down for like 10 picks! 🤣 add more average players to a our team who already have below average players. Yes that’s the ticket! 😜🤢🤮

We have had 3 top first round draft picks in recent years and all of them brought more misery to the Bears.

My recommendations at the time was pick Mahomes and Carter. But who am I? Some dumb sh## fan.

Seriously what's worse? The offense or the defense?

Why don't we switch all the players on offense and put them on defense and vice versa and see if we get a little improvement.

The Bears need a jolt. No matter who QB2 is you should have put him in at half. You can switch back to Fields next game.

Everybody and their brother begging to have 'designed quarterback runs' and, well, here we are.
QBs get injured whether they run or not. It happens all the time. Unless he becomes like Tom Brady and can get rid of the ball in 2-2.5 seconds every time, he’s at risk. We know that’s not gonna happen any time soon.
In my opinion, getting folded up in a QB sack is worse than him running, where he can see the defense coming and take mitigating action. Complete elimination of his threat to take off with the ball renders him useless.

Yup. Would love to see it. But who takes over?

If you fire the HC you now also have no DC. Our OC is worse than our HC so he can’t take over and should be fired on the plan ride home.

We are a hot bag of the worse smelling and hottest dog shart of a football team.

Mr Kevin Warren - please clean house and start from scratch with your people. Lincoln Riley and Caleb Williams together might be a good option.

I’m out. It’s hard to watch when you know what we all are about to see. The game plan is reliant on things that are not realistic. For all the faults Fields has they have essentially ruined this kid. He looks miserable - they all do.

The knee jerk is to say hey draft Harrison and Williams. I have zero confidence that if they do the outcomes would be the same.

I’m dropping my season tickets and will have a hard time watching this organization any time soon.

Fire everyone including the guy that allowed the equipment to be stolen . Play for the best draft picks we can get and start over yet again.

Please. Of course running quarterbacks get injured more. What nonsense. And if all the other things you say are true, then he's just not a good QB.

QB run game is what he’s good at. He’s absolutely terrible in the pocket (as is our OL). Either run him or don’t play him.

He literally was the best running qb ever last year and this year we don’t run him.

Getsy should be fired immediately

Can we at least have Fields sit out a game or two to collect his thoughts and play Bagent who can maybe spark this team.

Why are we waiting for 15 losses in a row before we do this?

Has there ever been an NFL match up between teams that gave up 70 & 41 points the week before? If the Bears can’t score against the Broncos who are giving up 40.3 a game then they may never score.

Week one Denver have up 17, week 2 35, week 3 70 Does that mean they give up 140 this week? My god there is hope!

I was really looking forward to seeing Bagent play yesterday when Fields went down. I really want to see what he can bring to the table.

Would love to be a fly on the wall and listen in on those coaching meetings. Even if our offense plays this bad all season - I don’t think they’ll ever play anyone other than Fields.

If the Bengals win tonight against the Rams, Bears could be in position for 1, 2 picks in draft after next week with a 1 game lead lol. Panthers - Vikings and Bears - Broncos feature all 4 0-3 teams. Bengals are 0-2 and play tonite.

As far as Bagent, I have less hope in him than Craig Krenzel and Caleb Hanie… guys they actually drafted lol. What are we clamoring for this guy? To see what he’s got? In week 3?

There’s less than 10 starting QBs in the NFL that were NOT drafted round 1 and none were undrafted nor D2 college.

Why not?

Brock Purty and Kurt Warner are similar stories. Seems like he’s be a perfect fit for Chicago. Blue collar tough nosed player.

There is absolutely nothing to look forward to with this team. Why not give him a shot?

So we put in a D2 undrafted QB in less than a handful of games into his career with a bad OL and see what he can do? I think our chances are better converting Fields to a RB. Be my guest, but I don’t think you’re helping Bagent out by playing him this early in season.

Yes. Fields may be uber talented but he doesn't throw on time, read defenses or see the field. He can do the QB run game better than anyone in the league (perhaps ever) but the Bears don't want to run that style of offense.

So, personally....I'd like to see what the D2 rookie can do.

How about giving up 70 points, losing by 50, sitting 0-3.....yet the Broncos come into Chicago as a 3-point favorite on Sunday? Yikes.

What's your idea to spark this team if not Bagent?

The front 7 has no sacks, this team does not blitz, the linemen are no good and you should know by now in recent years the Bears don't know how to draft especially in the first round. So 1st round draft picks don't matter.

Has Bagent set any records in college? Look that up.

Spark the team? At this point? Good luck. The Bears are who they are. I’d give Fields a good 8 games. If we need to look at Bagent later in season then sure. The NFL isn’t a fairy tale, there’s a reason the Bears are where they are. It’s because they barely have a handful of NFL starting caliber players on the 53 man roster.

This season is over the Bears and I’m looking ahead to a top 3 pick again.

If the Bears want to spark the team, don’t make bozo roster decisions like trading for Chase Claypool and sending Roquan packing. It’s a process and the Bears are who they are - the leagues biggest embarrassment

Jalen Carter currently has the most pressures (15) of any DT in the league.

The most hurries (12) of any DT and third most in the entire league.

Is tied for the most forced fumbles (2) of any defender in the league.

And a pass rush win rate of 21.9% through just 76 pass rushing snaps.

The Eagles rookie DT already looks like one of the best interior defenders the NFL has to offer

Starting Bagent is admitting repeat tanking. I’m not sure they are ready for that yet.
Not drafting Carter was pretty bad, but at least a little bit justified given his off field issues

What a complete dismemberment by the Chiefs on Sunday. It was beyond embarrassing. I was out west in the Pacific time zone in the mountains. The game was a national broadcast. I have no idea why. But they took the Bears, Chiefs game off the national broadcast at halftime and showed the Cowboys, Cardinals in its place in our area. My understanding is, the second half was only shown in the Chicago and KC markets. No reason to make the whole country witness that.

BTW, it was pretty weird to watch NFL football at 10:00 AM. Then the Bears, KC at 1:25 PM. 😂 😂

I'm reading a bunch this week about how the Dolphins display good sportsmanship by not going for the NFL record of 73 points. They really did. I think the Chiefs did too. They could have easily hung 60 + on the Beloved with no problem.

I’m surprised Miami didn’t go for it. They love their undefeated season so much that when it’s on the line, they roll out the old timers to bear witness. If Da Bears can’t beat Denver, what else can be said?
