Massive support system from players and coaches. Virginia wanted him to sign a zero tolerance policy. He ended up getting suspended and transferred out.

I believe Carter has been successful on Philly because of everyone looking out for him and holding him accountable. That starts with the coaching staff and ends with the players in the room everyday with him. Nothing last season made me believe the bears have infrastructure like that yet.

Who should the Bears have reached on just to satisfy you? You can't just draft a position to draft a position you think they need without a player in mind or a player rated as high as the pick you have.
