Sucked.Going to Chambana this weekend - is Black Dog BBQ worth the wait?
I knew before I walked in - parked on cobblestone - no chat rock or anyone in a stained white Dego-T.
Sides were decent.
Brisket looked perfect - but could have easily been in a pressure cooker and hit with a blow torch.
Pulled pork sucked too, dry and had no piggy goodness flavor.
The hot seeet sauce was good. Other sauce decribed or I read wrong. It was vinegar with red pepper flake.
