Week 4 Pick Em: Lockport at Homewood Flossmoor

HF vs LWC from Friday in Flossmoor, was 9-2 at half before ending at 44-2 after a Viking flurry of 21 points late in the game. LWC was 4 and 5 wide with loads of E/W attacking and little elsewhere plus lost their starting QB in the 2nd quarter. HF did not get untracked until late due to frequent penalties both before and after the snap. HF can both run and throw with kids that can score on any touch. However, they may be a bit below the near 10-win average plateau of recent years - just now. Based upon seeing this game and only hearing about Lockport, their 6-7 QB and return of a key RB, I'll take the Porters. Note: limited admission policy at HF, with no ticket sales at the gate, so check ahead about how you can get in (along with starting time), if planning such.
