Camp, who was an all conference and all area QB in 2018 for Normal West checks in and recaps his latest recruiting news here.
"Recruiting has been going pretty well. I've been busy lately with basketball season."
"South Dakota State and NIU are very interested and they have reached out to my head coach. Western Michigan is supposed to be in school in January, along with NIU and SD State."
"Illinois State is also very interested in me. They have mentioned to my coach about an offer. I haven't been notified from anyone at ISU about an offer, but I'm going to make a visit to ISU on February 16th for a Junior Day event and hopefully I'll find out more then."
So what is Camp working on this off season to improve his overall game?
"I'm working on my burst of speed, when running the ball I just want to have a quicker first step. So right now I'm working on a quicker first step. As far as footwork goes, just a faster drop back. I lacked in that this season. I created a bad habit of a sloe drop back and I need to correct that this off season."
