Was able to get caught up with Newman, who is working with Boom Football this winter and who has been impressive in various 7on7 and camps.

"Miami of Ohio, NIU, North Dakota State, South Dakota State, Western Michigan, Bowling Green and a few others all have been in touch. All of those schools want me to stay in touch and they all said they would be in school this spring."
"Those schools all want me to camp with them this summer. I'm sure I'll be going to a lof of camps this summer I'm just not sure which ones yet."
"I also have some work to do on my grades. Some of the schools want to see my next set of grades before they offer me. I've been working hard to improve my grades and I feel that I'll be able to show the coaches that I can get the job done in the class room as well as on the field."
Thoughts? Very impressive recruit/athlete here. If Kaelub can get his grades in order he has a chance to land several late spring and summer offers. I'm guessing schools are holding off an an early offer until they can pull a transcript this spring.
