Love to me works in either a spread passing scheme like WKU or BGSU, where he'd feast in the slot OR a RPO and play-action team like NIU where he can get the ball via the run and pass with regularity. The volume of receptions might be lower but he's going to break a ton of plays for a winning team in other fashion.

NIU is a great place for local talent to play D-1 football. It's close to home. Strength of schedule is good. Opportunity to contribute sooner than a Power Five conference program. All four of the Aurora Christian kids I know who went there had great experiences and played a lot (all of them started at one point or another).
