This is for the upstart CSL South championship. Loyola thumped NT early as their only loss, when we thought THE ACADEMY would ramble on through the season, then everything changed, NT got stronger and LA started turning the ball over like it was their job. MS blemish is a special team nightmare where they missed multiple FGs, let up return TD and gave up a double pass for TD that resulted in Barrington to receive top 5 ranking before...well the wheels fell off. The moral of the story is other than Beast and the Bat Cave, there is a week to week coin flip on who is elite. This thread is why NT beats the Hawks or why Swag High stays on top of the CSL mountain.

MS was embarrassed at home by NT in 2016, and MS embarrassed NT at home in 2017. Both coaches amp the teams up for this game. MS Defense is too strong to lose but could be an old fashioned battle and grudge match.

I’m fairly certain the Hawks will win this one decidedly. The Sting of the last time the Trevians stepped on Wilson field is still fresh. Should never have happened and was inexcusable. The second biggest disappointment that night in ‘16 was that the NT kids could not join their team on the field for a little post game cheer after they did what hadn’t been done in decades.
