What information do people have to say a team that didn't lose a game this year will now lose? No one can guarantee victory for any of the undefeated teams, LWE, MC and ESL. It is what it is and they are all STATE CHAMPS. No need to disrespect other teams to prove a point.

I voted MC #1 the entire year & thought LWE or ESL was #2 in every poll we've had during this season. So LWE actually moved up a little after Saturday.

Simply not true! The two state title games were played in similar conditions and based on the offense productions alone, MC would win against either LWE and Warren! Defensively MC dominated the Naz offense that either LWE and Warren would have corralled but not without much more difficulty. I really liked both LWE and Warren and prior to the game Saturday would have considered them for the top team. Neither team would have stopped MC's offense on Saturday!

This debate reminds of 2015 when then 7A champ Glenbard West had a very nice undefeated season and thought they could of beaten our 8A champion Ramblers. There was nothing for us to say, but had a nice chuckle over the thought. I'm sure LWE feels the same way.

Where is feeto? Does he get his upsets from Calpreps using scientific analysis to come up with his upset specials every Friday? Calpreps is a tool often right in the outcome and definitely wrong in many cases. Stand by my own internal analysis that MC is the #1 team in the State. To add fuel to the fire, I think ESL would have done better against LWE than Warren given that their offense is a hell of a lot better.
