My goal is to average 1-2 evals a day in December 2018...I will begin with the 2020 top names already listed/known and then I'll work my way out to others in 2020 and then 2021 as well.
Thanks

My impressions of Leshon Williams: I was able to see Leshon Williams play live in person this past season (versus Yorkville 6A state playoffs). I have also seen Leshon Williams multiple times over the past few seasons at various camps including some club 7on7 as well as team 7on7 events. Williams this past season was an All Conference and an All Area performer for the Bulldogs and head coach Tony Sheehan. Williams so far this winter is holding a handful of BCS level offers.
Evaluation of Leshon Williams: Leshon Williams I feel is one of the state's top overall running back recruits and a player that has a chance to become a Power 5 level running back in my opinion. Williams has terrific size. strength and power and has ideal size for an every down back. Williams also is a very fluid runner, has terrific bend and quickness including a very impressive first few steps and excellent change of direction. Williams also shows very strong field vision and just seems to see see cuts and holes well before other backs. Williams can and will run either with power and/or speed and is an extremely high level athlete. Williams also has good hands and shows the ability to become an every down back at the college level. Williams also attacks the line of scrimmage and is a very good in between the tackles runner. Williams also has very good speed with gears and also just makes opposing defenders miss more ofter than not. Williams also is a durable running back who seems to get better with the more carries he gets.
Room for improvement? Williams has very good speed but does he have that deep down the field final gear/separation speed needed at the Power 5 level? Williams , like all high school level players will need to continue to work on his overall speed, strength and improving his overall game this off season.
Projected level: Rivals has yet to rank Leshon Williams.
My early ranking of Leshon Williams? I would start off Leshon Williams as a high 3 star ranked name and one of the Top 10-20 recruits in Illinois in the Class of 2020 in Illinois as well as a top back in the Midwest. Williams again I feel has a ton of upside in his game and also has a chance to raise his overall recruiting stock this coming spring and summer. If Williams can test well and post some consistently strong 40 times he no question could wind up becoming say a lower to mid level 4 star ranked name here. The bottom line is I love this kid's overall game and potential at the high college level.
Thanks
