HF first drive of game got stopped on 4th down at the 5. Not much offense since then. Score was on a kick return

HF is down but explosive. That’s why I said which HF showed up. This year it was a crap shoot what team was going to show up. Apparently they were over their head.

The legendary coach at H-F had to step down with severe health problems. Craig Buzea has since returned back to his roots in Indiana and coaching again. Quite a story and he had a great 10 year run at Homewood- Flossmoor. Kudos. The new head coach was a school board decision bringing Coach Alexander from Rich Central to H-F. Moving from a 5A program who had minimal success to 8A is a jump and the first two years have just ended. Around a .500 record without playing defense is not bad. Opinion here…the school board believed the fabulous new indoor facility with a 30 plus yard turf field would be a turnkey project for success. Time will tell how it plays out but the district has had a ton of changes with academics secondary. Good luck going forward to Coach Alexander. Bolingbrook news at 10PM. Gosh I miss IG88!

Old school iG88 was a crazy 😜 but entertaining. Again we’re showing our age as the youngster on here now have no idea who he is.
