There is a couple that I would love to go see. At a glance.
LWW vs Batavia
Marist vs LA
Warren vs. Barrington
DGN vs. Fenwick
Which ones got you guys coming back here???

I think Washington-Richards might be interesting. I'll be there covering for my freelance job. Myles Mitchell is just a fantastic player and he's going to do great things at NDSU. Should be fun.

I agree with LWW vs Batavia. Living in the South Suburbs, people are saying that LWW has like 3 division 1 players and a team that no one is talking about. I do not know much about LWW, so if anyone can share something on them, I would greatly appreciate. I mean if they have 3 division 1 kids, then they have to be pretty good, so the LWW vs Batavia game is a must see in my opinion.

Give me Fremd at Naperville Central. Both at 9-1 shy of undefeated by: one very late-game turnover from their +1 yard line (former) and the closest game anyone has given LWE (latter).

I'm a LWW homer. Veldman is D1 Northwestern commit and a legitimate force of a linebacker.

Roswell has had some D1 offers as WR, and junior RB Abubakar is getting some looks from a couple D1 places recently.

I'm not sure they have the overall horsepower to win the game. I could see it being close for a half. LWW strength is running the ball and stopping the run. They can be exposed by teams that can really air it out, which resulted in losses to Sandburg, Naperville North.

Their schedule was mostly 8A and all 3 losses were very close.

O-line may be weakest unit. They have had to result to doing a lot of moving pocket plays, QB has done good job this year making reads and can throw in the run sufficiently.

I feel it's tough to ever count out LWW because their staff is very good and experienced. Normally make good adjustments.

Weekend crowds at LWW are typically weak. Don't see it being an advantage.

SF vs. Prairie Ridge. PR is a premier, state championship caliber program coming to Wheaton. Not a fun 2nd round matchup. PR is big, physical and talented and took CG to the wire. SF will have to bring their “A” game to win.

Byron vs Montini. Great matchup of probably the two best 3A teams. I'm planning on making the drive over to Lombard to watch.
