This will be the last week 8a Edwardsville (6-1) will be ranked. They finish with ESL and St. Louis Christian Bros. Watch for undefeated Plainfield North to finally get some respect next week.

Weird adjustments for 618 teams as Edwardsville doesn’t move after going to 2OT with an ok Belleville East team and Highland had a running clock at half over a 5-1 team, but drops.

Ironic... 5a Highland's only loss was to 8a Edwardsville by 3 points. Edwardsville, the 9th ranked 8a team the AP is so high on, is three times the size as Highland.
