Passing along very sad news in the Joliet community, Pat Ryan passed away last night.
He was a man of devout faith, a proud graduate of Joliet Catholic High School Class of 1976, a loyal alumnus, but most importantly a man with a generous heart, who was a friend to all.
Professionally Pat was in media sales with The Herald News, as well as other news and promotional organizations through the years.
In his spare time, he served as Stringer for the Herald News covering many games in multiple sports of teams whose followers are members of Edgy Nation.
Please keep his wife Debi and the entire Ryan family in your thoughts and prayers.
He will be missed by many.
