"We didn't have any schools in today (first day of the spring evaluation period) but NIU is in on Thursday. Boston College will be here on the 22nd. Penn State on the 29th and also Toledo will also be in on the 22nd. Moast of those schools said they want to see me throw."

Look for more offers to follow for Frank. Again like with most QB's Frank will also need to camp most likely with some of the bigger level schools this summer to draw an offer.
