I believe by NFHS standards it is, but it is interpreted differently in IL. At least that's what I remember hearing

I had been thinking about starting a thread on this topic. If everyone saw the rule there would be more complaining that the Illinois interpretation should be changed.

Preach, brother. No sudden movement once you’re set…. It’s an obvious penalty. If one guy did it, they’d definitely call a penalty, but 5 guys doing it is ok? 🤪

I saw a lot of travel teams use this to their advantage
