Needless to say it's been...well...an interesting week or so for me to say the least.
The fun started on Tuesday last week when my furnace popped up with an error code.....and in short we haven't had heat here since then and I'm still waiting for a "part" to come in to hopefully resolve the issue and get the heat back on.
All of this going on while also having my son and daughter in law in for the weekend. Also had this little thing called the IHSA State Finals and IHSA TV to deal with all in a very short week.....It's been incredibly stressful trying to deal with all of this while also being in a TV studio downtown for two straight days while my family at home is sitting in a 50 degree house.
Again had a lot of fun doing the TV side and enjoyed it.....and I plan to have a ton of stories and recap up but please give me a day oe two before I can really get back up to speed.....I obviously work from home and thank God for space heaters...but I'm more than a bit distracted (oh and also pissed) right now trying to get this all resolved.
I'll keep you updated and some plans soon for what I am hoping will be my best and busiest off season ever. Also thanks for the many nice things many have said about my TV appearance
