Made a good decision and the pressure to get it done was building.....Katrenick was planning to wait a bit and throw for 3-4 others including Cincinnati but also realized that the offer from BGSU wasn't going to be there for long.
Felt that Chris all along with the top overall QB recruit in the state in this class....a class that will struggle to have more than say 4-5 kids at the most total sign to play at the D1 thru D2 level.
The feedback from college coaches across the Midwest on the QB class was pretty down from very early on. Katrenick had a good feel for his situation.
Katrenick goes into a new offense and a new head coach at BGSU but it's a staff heavily with Texas Tech coaches so expect the wide open offense to continue at BGSU.
