Congrats to the Lions on their first West Suburban Silver Conference outright championship since 1987. @Fishwater41 has been calling it for years and it finally came true. Hopefully the Lions can represent the conference in the playoffs and get to ISU. LT football has been a sleeping giant for years but has finally matched the success of a lot of the other sports at the school. The Hitters are likely on the sidelines for the playoff but will be pulling for the other conference teams to have a great showing.

About 25% of the kids in my middle school feed into LT. I have several sixth graders wearing their LT or their feeder football program jerseys on dress-down Fridays. Never really have seen that before.
Former students--now LT varsity players--have visited and are stoked about the program. It's great to see.
LT should play Naz ever year.
That would be awesome. Naz was willing to play York. Would they be willing to play LT? Would LT be willing to play Naz? Would be a great event for the community.
I mean, it's only natural. Schools are basically 10 feet apart from each other. LOL. BR/Marist have done it.
