Per the article nothing.... it’s just a warning that sanctions could be imposed if further violations occur.

Basically from the articles I read is that since the coach is no longer employed as a coach then the school is just put on notice. If he was still coaching then he probably gets suspended by the IHSA. The IHSA history of penalties is basically that when it comes to recruiting or illegal practices. Coach gets suspended.
