More Chicago-area high school basketball players make moves
The NCAA has an official transfer portal. It appears that an unofficial portal has opened up in Illinois for high school basketball.
This is an article and I do think a healthy debate can be has. This is one of the first articles I've seen in awhile that touches on the transfer merry-go-round.
But I think Millar could have gone deeper and raised the overall issue of the transfer era. Yes, I know it's basketball articles but we are also seeing it affect football.
Millar had an opportunity to at least scrutinize the issue with IHSA. Don't have to say your opinion, right or wrong, whatever side you're on. But wish it at least went more on the increase lately, how it's affecting HS sports, what IHSA thinks, etc
