It has come to my attention that the Resurrection flag football team won the Chicago Private League Flag Football Championship. The team will be one of 9 teams statewide competing for the Flag Football State Championship. Go Bandits!!

I’ve just begun researching this since I only became aware of it about an hour ago. What I have found is that apparently Willowbrook beat Taft in the championship last year. So evidently there is an abundance of flag football talent in the neighborhood that I wasn’t aware of. I will continue to grind away and report back what I find.
