HCHS Officially names Head Coach

“The Red Devil Athletic Department is proud to announce that the Board of Education has approved Brian Griffin as the next head football coach. It is great to have a Red Devil Alum heading up our program. Coach Griff has been on the Red Devil staff for 12 yrs.”

I just got word that HC has hired an O-line coach from Marist. And I was told that he's pretty good. Can any south siders confirm that?

He's really good. He was at York last year, really helped with improving offensive line play there, and helped to develop the younger guys who were up on varsity for the first time. HC got a really good one.

Ahhh. So Coach Fitz musta brought him over to York, and now he's found his way onto HC's staff. Very interesting. I wonder how that will affect York's o-line play this fall, given that they return those 4 big ones.
