True, but if you’re not going to end up as a pro there’s not too many better places to get a degree than Vandy.
Plus if he plays well at Vandy, a bigger SEC team will throw millions at him in NIL money.
He was leaning towards Harvard until this came in I'm told. He's at the top of his MC class, so education was extremely high on his list.

Not saying it's public knowledge, but many schools will post GPAs of those on high honor rolls or those in NHS.
Jack’s academic ability is not a secret. He has his GPA posted on his Twitter, which is in fact, 4.77. He currently sits at number six in class academically.
It’s on his Twitter….MC also posts pictures of the top ten in each class in the schools trophy case with their listed GPA.
I think Vandy is a great fit. He'll be thrown into the gauntlet there against the likes of Bama, Auburn, Tenn, etc. He's a heck of a player
i agree but what an opportunity to play against the best defenses around. I think he'll be a nice surprise in the SEC

You’re going to take your lumps no matter where you go when you play QB. 4 free years at a prestigious university that’s located in the heart of Nashville where it’s impossible not to have fun…..and play in the SEC and be able to share with your family and friends that you played at Bama, Auburn, A and M and the Swamp? No brainer here. And hey, Bears feelings aside, Cutler went their and had a long decent NFL career.

Seems like he's got a good enough head on his shoulders to be able to weigh football and academics and not just pick the best football school.
That's not quite how that works. You'd be surprised the amount of kids with weighted GPAs that high or higher. Also depends on how the school calculates it

I was really impressed the way he played in that game. He is a definite leader.
He did a nice job of keeping the ball during the last possession. Didn't want to give the Flyers another chance.
