Looks like Prairie Ridge does not get to beat up on a multiplied AND success-factored SHG (like they did in 2016) every title game, do they?
Looks like PR doesn’t have the advantage of recruiting or a 30 mile boundary either. Quit your wining about how bad the privates have it with the success factor. Looks like they’re doin pretty well in spite of it.Looks like Prairie Ridge does not get to beat up on a multiplied AND success-factored SHG (like they did in 2016) every title game, do they?

Interesting. The ESL coaches heard the rhetoric regarding us being too undisciplined to handle the Wing T. Well…..Really surprised that ESL, leading 50-7 in the 4th quarter, choses to leave their starters in on offense and defense and run up the score. Real classy move. Why not let your 2nd string get in a few snaps in the title game? They work hard in practice too. Hard to root for teams that do this.
Are you purposely dense? And learn how to spell if you're going to respond to a comment of mine. On second thought, don't respond at all.Looks like PR doesn’t have the advantage of recruiting or a 30 mile boundary either. Congrats. Pat yourself on the back.My post on Tuesday was spot on .
I said 49-14 could be worse and it was .
Lemont looks pretty good for almost winning last week.
Esl has their 3rd string rb. Their starting mlb got a carry for a 50+ yard td.Really surprised that ESL, leading 50-7 in the 4th quarter, choses to leave their starters in on offense and defense and run up the score. I was thinking the same thing watching the game. In the 4 games other than Lemont, ESL outscored their opponents something like 213 to 7.Lemont looks pretty good for almost winning last week.
I'm not sure, but something tells me the Flyers will do just fine whether you root for them or not!!Really surprised that ESL, leading 50-7 in the 4th quarter, choses to leave their starters in on offense and defense and run up the score. How am I dense in responding to your whining about how unfair it is to one of the most successful programs in state history? SHG has done very well season after season in spite of this “ Huge unfair burden” you are complaining about! Are you purposely dense? And learn how to spell if you're going to respond to a comment of mine. On second thought, don't respond at all.
The I HSA has no such rule. The conference enacted such rule to eliminate the possibility of them eliminating conference members in the playoffs. Petty stuff. Weak sauce. You guys are getting upset at ESL? Why? They did everything they could to move up. The IHSA has this dumb rule that a team can’t partition up more than one class. This is No fault of ESL. ESL lost last year so they were on a mission this year. Do I think ESL should be able to play up to 7-8A, absolutely! They can complete with these teams and it would be fun to watch. It certainly would be more difficult but they can complete at the highest level. Congratulations Flyers on your State Championship you deserved it. 👍
All the guys on the field were starters, both sides when you were up 50-7. I paused and noted the numbers. Thought it was classless, but that's my opinion. Not bashing ESL, but questioning the coaches decision. And no I don't have a problem with the losing team not pulling their starters when they're behind by 48 points.Esl has their 3rd string rb. You just sound like you want something to bash esl about after a dominating win.
Did u have a problem with vaseyv staying in late
Ok crusader I stand corrected but it’s same difference. agree weak sauce! LMAOThe I HSA has no such rule. The conference enacted such rule to eliminate the possibility of them eliminating conference members in the playoffs. Petty stuff. Weak sauce.
Correct me if I’m wrong but I believe Phillips back in the 2010s petitioned up to 6A from 4AThe I HSA has no such rule. The conference enacted such rule to eliminate the possibility of them eliminating conference members in the playoffs. Petty stuff. Weak sauce.
Calling esl classless is 100% bashing themAll the guys on the field were starters, both sides when you were up 50-7. I paused and noted the numbers. Thought it was classless, but that's my opinion. I know they will. Sorry you don't understand the teachable moment of good sportsmanship. And if your son sat on the bench as a 2nd stringer (and a senior) and didn't get into the game, you would be cool with that? Leading by 42 points??I'm not sure, but something tells me the Flyers will do just fine whether you root for them or not!!
I thought that the IHSA had passed 1–32 seeding before this season. I don’t recall if it was all six lower classes or not. What ever happened to that? The 6a state championship was last week in Lemont.
Let us know when rec league sign ups are, because thats what it seems you prefer. (Aside from the fact your claim against esl simply isnt true)I know they will. They went back on that because of gas prices.I thought that the IHSA had passed 1–32 seeding before this season. I don’t recall if it was all six lower classes or not. What ever happened to that?
