Anyone else see Bremen District 228 suspended all athletics until Oct. 18 after the new guidelines passed last week. Not good.

Yep they'll shut it all down and get in line. Isn't it amazing though...from ALL the sports playing since April to now, all over the WORLD - from professional down to youth- not one documented hospitalization or death of a participant. And not story of a hospitalization or death tracing back to it (and yea we would have heard of one given the media coverage on all this). Truly remarkable how we've been able to continue, just remarkable. But stop...we have a case now.

I wonder if this is done if it was basketball season right now?

Families of super juniors Robbie Avila (Oak Forest) and AJ Casey (Tinley Park) may already be looking at out-of-state options?
Credible reports from the Southland that AJ Casey no longer enrolled at TPHS.

Went to junior high at Arbor Park in Tinley. Spent frosh year at Simeon, soph year back at Tinley and junior seems to be back in city.
I think his parents are separated, mom lives in Tinley, dad lives in Chicago. He spends a lot of time at both places.
