Bolingbrook senior athlete recruit Quincy Woods ended his recruiting process on Monday night when he gave Northwest Missouri State (D2) his verbal commitment.
" I visited Northwest Missouri State (NWMS) and it just felt like home so I committed."
Woods discussed why he pledged to NWMS.
"NWMS has been a big time winning program and they have a great coaching staff. They have new facilities and academically it's also a very good school. The whole feel just reminds me of Bolingbrook. Everyone gets along and it's just a great fit for me."
Woods also was considering a handful of other schools before making his decision.
"I visited Central Missouri (D2) last week. They are a great program but I just didn't get that feel I got at NWMS. I was also looking hard at South Dakota State, Fordham and also NIU."
Woods was recruited by NWMS as a slot receiver/kick returner.
