Impact Player for Huntley

Huntley senior DL Travis Dudcha will be a multi-year starter for the Red Raiders in 2025 and is coming off a disappointing 2024 season which saw Dudcha play in just two games before suffering a season ending injury. Look for Travis Dudcha to have even more motivation this falll to show up and show out for the Red Raiders along with multiple college coaches who will be watching him closely this fall.

Looking for a sleeper name to watch from Huntley? Keep an eye on senior OL/DL Ryan Wabel for the red Raiders in 2025. Wabel, who is a multi-year starter will be asked to play both ways and provide key leadership on and off the field.

EDGY's Preseason Thoughts on the 2025 Huntley Red Raidersa

Huntley has been a winning program in the Fox Valley over the past several seasons and look for the Red Raiders to again compete at the upper tier of FBC schools again in 2025. Huntley head coach Mike Naymola has been able to get the program to remain as a top tier program and this team should be a playoff caliber team this fall. Huntley has impressive facilities, depth and overall numbers at all levels in the program. Huntley will need to replace some key graduation losses (QB/OL/DL/DB) but this program seems to get it done more years than not.

The biggest question facing Huntley this summer?

Who wins the battle at quarterback this summer between junior QB Carson Rowe and sophomore QB Malik Carter and can this Huntley team make a deeper run in 8A? Huntley has big shoes to fill this summer with the graduation loss of three year starting QB Braylon Bower but the Red Raiders coaches are also confident in either Carson Rowe and Malik Carter to take over the offense. Huntley has been a steady winner in the Fox Valley, but the knock on the program for years has been can this program play and compete week in and week out in the 8A state playoff field playing in the mainly 6A sized FVC during the regular season?
