O'Fallon's Connor Blue went 6-2/3 iwth three hits to advance the Panthers by the Edwardsville Tigers. OTHS hs depth on the hill, but non better than Blue. Will be interesting t see how they do up north for the state series.

With Father McG falling in the finals, all I have left his weekend is T-town and Iggy Chick Soccer. Glad to see the Columbia girls won on the pitch after knocking out Althoff.
Mascoutah v Triad ending sounds wild.
Runners at second and third with no one out - groundball turned into a triple play.
Ground ball to second. Got the runner at first. The runner on second was running but the runner on third stayed. Tagged him going back to second base. Then the guy on third tried going home. Nabbed - triple play.
Triad wins 2-1.
INCORRECT: That ended the top.
This closed the game out in the bottom.
