Linked is my Final State Wide 2019 Final Class 7A Top 10 poll. I'll start to break down Class 8A thru 5A Top 10 here and will list each class in a separate thread.
Also I generally use the final 2019 Class 8A thru 5A enrollment numbers/classes at this time of the year before IHSA releases the 2020 preseason class breakdown.
Your preseason thoughts on 7A? Post em here.

"Who are the "Party Crashers" for the 2020 Preseason EDGYTIM Class 7A Top 10 poll?
DeKalb- The Barbs have been a terrific turnaround story over the past several seasons first under Matt Weckler and now under second year head coach Keith Snyder. DeKalb lost in the first round in a shootout loss to Prospect, but will return 15 starters back (10 on offense) and led by senior lefty QB Trent Kyler. Look for DeKalb to again battle all comers in the DuPage Valley conference this fall and be very battle tested for the 7A state playoff field.
Moline- The Maroons are another team that will bring back a ton of returning starters this fall (7 offense 9 defense) and will feature nearly it's entire starting offensive backfield led by junior QB Matthew Bailey and a deep and speedy backfield by committee with senior RB Kaeden Dreifurst, senior RB Jaheim Mitchell and senior RB Jaheim Thornton. IF the Maroons can develop it's young offensive line, look out for Moline.
Prospect- Someone is going to win the Mid Suburban East in 2020 and I definitely would include the Knights into the mix. Prospect and head coach Dan DeBoeuf brings back a strong senior group which features QB Gary Moeller and senior WR/S Tyler Splinter, RB Luke Zardzin plus three starting offensive linemen back from a season ago. The defense also has playmakers back in senior
LB Peyton Burgh and senior LB Jacob Greziak.
Hononegah- The Indians posted a 8-3 record in 2019 and lost to Batavia in second round action. Hononegah and head coach Brian Zimmerman will also rely on experience back in 2020. The offense for the Indians will look towards a deep and experienced offensive skills group led by WR/DB Braden Sayles along with three starters back on the offensive line. Finding a quarterback to replace graduated Payton Mather is a huge question this summer....otherwise the Indians have talent and experience back all over the field in 2020.
Andrew- Head coach Adam Lewandowski also has the TBolts headed in the right direction. Andrew lost a tight 14-7 opening round playoff game to Lake Zurich and will welcome back 7 starters on offense from the 2019 squad. Andrew will need to replace 9 starters on defense and is the biggest question they face this summer...yet the positive momentum of the TBolts program is pretty evident to see these days.
OFallon- The Panthers have been down for a bit but are looking for a bounce back season this fall led by senior QB Ty Michael along with senior WR/S Latrell Bonner.
