Thompson added an offer recently from Toledo.
"Toledo just offered me a scholarship. They offered me over the phone when I was talking to them."
"I know that Toledo is pretty good, that they run the football pretty well and they also have a nice defense, good wide receivers and that overall they are a good team. I think they played in a bowl game last year as well."
So who else has Thompson heard from this spring so far?
"Western Michigan and Penn State. Central Michigan has also been talking to me lately."
Any upcoming visits?
"I'm going to go back to NIU on April 22nd for the spring game."
Thoughts of Joseph Thompson recruiting? Thompson has a terrific mix of speed and skill and will draw a ton of very high level looks this spring and summer. Will most likely play corner at the college level hut also would not discount looks and offers on both sides of the football.
