Really like this kid and his game. Runs hard is low to the ground has great balance and lean. Also runs hard, has terrific wiggle and is a beast to bring down.
That's the good.
The not so good? Smart's overall size/height is his biggest issue with college coaches. This spring and summer will be huge for Smarts's recruiting process since several schools will want to eyeball him.
I can see Smart playing at say the 1AA/FCS level with the right fit. Smart could be a very versatile kid as say a slotback type and special teamer/return man.
