He did a hell of a job in 5 years of more than doubling the size of the program with his passion and energy. however, I believe with a second baby on the way soon that the family obligations became more evident

Sorry to hear that, they couldn't quite get over the hump in the NSC, but certainly gained respectability. I hope they can maintain the program's trajectory under a new HC.
