John Lieske of Harlem was selected by the Rangers (35th round, 1066th overall).

Effingham's Chad Green was selected by the Blue Jays (37th round, 1116th overall).

Harrisburg's Kollin Dowdy was selected by the Braves (37th round, 1124th overall).

Normal West's Brock Stewart was selected by the Mets (40th round, 1202nd overall).

Neuqua Valley's Michael Gerber was selected by the Yankees (40th round, 1225th overall).
