Warren is a lock to make the playoffs win or lose tonight. In the past 6 seasons, in North Suburban Conference play, the Devils are 38-3.Warren
JV game is on NFHS, assuming varsity will be too:Anyone know the link to stream for this game online?
2nd string. Speaking of which, just broke off a 50 yard TD run to put the game awayIs this the MS 2nd string QB? Or did the starter return from last week?
That’s QB2. Dangerous runner. Is this the MS 2nd string QB? Or did the starter return from last week?
Just rebuilding from what I can see. 16 or so sophomores up. I think they only had 3-4 returners from last year. Figured this year might be a bumpy ride but they should benefit from this in the long run.Six Flags is closed for repairs
LmaoMicah, what's your outlook? Six Flags in the playoffs? Then what?
Maybe it is Libertyville's turn this year. Should be a competitive NSC anyway.Just rebuilding from what I can see. 16 or so sophomores up. I think they only had 3-4 returners from last year. Figured this year might be a bumpy ride but they should benefit from this in the long run.
I don’t know how good the NSC is overall, but inside the conference the race for the top spot should be fun. Gets started next week with Lib at Warren and Stv LZMaybe it is Libertyville's turn this year. Should be a competitive NSC anyway.
How does a school the size of Warren have 16 sophs up? Unless they are playing seems like a total waste of a year.Just rebuilding from what I can see. 16 or so sophomores up. Most of them are. And size of school has zero to do with output on the field. Seems this discussion comes up every year. How does a school the size of Warren have 16 sophs up? Unless they are playing seems like a total waste of a year.
Large schools with strong programs have depth so you tend to see very few Sophs on the varsity outside of super studs. Warren isn’t Waukegan. Most of them are. And size of school has zero to do with output on the field. Seems this discussion comes up every year.
This isn’t anything new. They play sophomores every year. Three of the starters on the 2019 team played as sophs regularly. School size does not equate to on field success.Large schools with strong programs have depth so you tend to see very few Sophs on the varsity outside of super studs. Warren isn’t Waukegan.
Agree with LakeCityNewt, depends on the class/players. I know Palatine had 6 sophomores starting on varsity last year, and this year they had 5 sophs starting against SCN.This isn’t anything new.
