Lots of turnover on the Illinois State staff, what's up?

So in the past 4 weeks the Illinois State coaching staff has been decimated with the forced departure of Billy Dicken, Dan Clark, and Kane Keirnan, and then the choice by Lamar Conard to leave to enjoy more time with his family and now Spence Nowinsky to depart for a coaching role at the next level. I known that ISU didn't have a great season, but it doesn't seem this is going to help cure anything. What's everyone's opinion on what's going on in good old Normal?

Basketball season has arrived just in time. Should be an interesting year without Wichita, and the arrival of Valpo. Go Bradley!! BU! BU! BU!
