All.... The travel concern was equal with the rise of gas prices. That was one reason the Ihsa when taking another look last season reversed it's course so to speak. They did mention a revisit when gas prices went lower. No mention of that now in this latest article.

The Saudi's are dropping production soon of a million barrels of oil a day. Add to that equation the continued war on oil production in the good old USA and everyone better get ready for a rise in gas. Already $3.69 a gallon in Springfield. 1-32 for all classes looks to be dead. Ratsy

Essentially, a student can be paid via an NIL partnership, but they cannot appear in any advertising in school apparel.
