I loved the Illini 8 & Sica the best. I did checking & the 8 years it existed when the playoffs had started the Illini 8 went 23 & 4 in the state playoffs!!!! Alone Joliet Catholic went 21-1!!! The other teams went a combined 2-3. Joliet Central who was beat up went 0-1 as did Lockport. Marian Catholic went 2-1. I wish the Prep Bowl left Marian Catholic play in the Prep Bowl Playoffs more than 1979 & Joliet Catholic in the 1980 Prep Bowl Playoffs
