Inaugural Should Have Been Played 6 Years Ago Bowl (MCHS v. Naz)

There was a day when people would be coming to take shots at the Insane Naz Posse. Sadly they are no longer the INP. They are relatively calm these days.

Some of that dissipates with winning. That Murph guy gets all bent out of shape about StF now, so it's their turn to be obnoxious.

Well when you are 3-4 the goal is to win two in a row as 5-4 is always a goal.
But in my view, Nazareth is in perfect position to make the playoffs at 4-5 with a win over either montini or Week 9 Benet.
At 4-5, Naz will be at the very top or surely top 3 on the playoff points tiebreaker.
Montini, in contrast, does not have the playoff points to qualify for the playoffs at 4-5.
So, it must beat Naz and then mighty Joliet Catholic to make the postseason. The odds of a Naz/Joliet C. Sweep by Montini would likely be astronomical against it happening.
So the guess here is a Naz win over Montini is great for the winners but they can make playoffs without it.
A win by Montini over Naz means it must still somehow best Joliet Catholic to qualify. The common opponent for Joliet and Montini is Providence. Joliet won by 7 and Montini lost by 33.

This should have been a yearly game starting when Julian Love played for Naz. It would be sold out every game.

Now it's too late.
