Nah. Coaching makes a big difference. And Gage, O’Donnell and Bernaky aren’t walking through that OL room anytime soon.

There's been a visual difference between the Belskis and post Belskis teams. Gage & O'Donnell haven't been walking through that door. Nor the Williams Bros, or @Catch22's cousin or that LB they had then whose name slips me right now.

I don't think coaching can account for the immediate and complete fall off.
