What is your football team doing for contact days (format, # of days per week)? Driving past a school the other day and they were out in helmet and shoulder pads running what appeared to be a normal practice. I've heard of some schools doing nothing but lifting. Just wonder if majority of schools are running this as business as usual under the radar. I honestly don't know what they are supposed to be limited on doing.
