Longtime friend of mine and this website Bob Pieper is stepping down from his head coaching position at Glenbrook North to watch his youngest son play at the high school level.

Sounds like he is stepping up...life is short, best to them both.
Never once did I regret taking off work to go to an event that my kids or nieces or nephews were in.
The couple of times I couldn’t or didn’t get out of work are the times I regretted.
Make the most of it before it’s over.
