This game will be closer then the first game, rematches among rivals normally are, but last year after MC beat SR 35-3 week one, SR began to pick up steam each week outside of the Loyola game and they were a different team at home by the time MC faced them in the semifinals on that artic day. Their defense was on point then, Matt Kingsbury was wrecking crew, their RB Stewart was steamrolling people behind a huge line that gelled very well after week 1. This year it seems like Rita is heading the opposite way as the season went on. A lot is due to injuries, but any Rita fan who has seen them play the past few weeks will agree this isn’t the same team as last year heading into the playoffs and having to play at MC in round 1 is a tough draw after losing to BR by 21. Crazy things can happen but as long as MC can clear their minds after losing to LA then they should be OK.

It's 1-32 seeding, and this year, its the way it played out. If MC wins yesterday or SR beats BR, this ain't even a conversion.
Maybe I misread your last post, but did it imply that the IHSA is not even hiding the idea they want the CCL schools to knocked out of the playoffs early. And to do that is by having them play each other in the early rounds?
Please explain did they not seed 1-32 based off of record and playoff points?
I actually had LA with slight edge for playing at home. Just saying.
