Impact Player for TF South: Senior QB/LB Isiah Lewis. Lewis, who will be a multi-year varsity starter for the Rebels in 2020 is a good sized multi-athlete who will again be asked to lead the Rebels on both sides of the football this coming fall. Look for Lewis to continue to draw recruiting attention this summer and fall.
EDGY's Quick Take on the TF South Rebels: The Rebels once again made the 2019 IHSA state playoff field in 2019 and finished with a 6-3 overall record. In fact, the Rebels have finished 6-3 over the last three seasons under Bob Padjen who took over the program from his older brother Hall of Fame head coach Tom Padjen. Look for the Rebels to again challenge for the conference title in the South Suburban Blue along with earning another IHSA state playoff spot in 2020.
