Why is this game at Unity? My understanding of the rule (which could very well be wrong) is that if both teams hosted the previous week, then the next game would be at the higher seed, which would be Mt. Carmel.

Whoever has hosted less playoff games this year gets to host.
If that is a tie, the higher seed hosts.
