Has there ever been a better year for quarterbacks? We've seen multiple names from multiple schools in a variety of conferences, each one said to be capable of leading his team to the finals. The top year for quarterbacks in the NFL is, by all accounts, 1983, with Jim Kelly, John Elway, and Dan Marino.
