Wow, great question. I think it's between the '80's and '90's.

1980's had guys like Leonard, Lenti, Korhonen, Darlington, Zinnani, Gillespie, and Senffner. Then in the 1990's you have that same list with the additions of Jeff Reents, Pat Ryan, and Dan Sharp.

I'll give the nod to the 1990's by a slim margin.

You are missing 3 of the most successful coaches of the 90's, they were all in the same conference also and played each other yearly which was interesting.

Love Reents but he didnt even arrive until 1994 and finally got things going in 1996. Jim Unruh and Cully Welter brought home multiple titles in the 90s in the small class sector.
