Sandburg at Morgan Park: May be sloppy early. Sandburg defense will hold. Sandburg by 9

HF vs. TF North: HF defense has a good day. HF by 28

LWE vs. Stevenson: Game of the week in SWSC. Could be closer than some think, however East gets running game going early and opens up some big plays late through air. Beast by 17.

Lockport vs. Grandville (MI): Czart has them competitive and tough early, but some kinks will still have to be ironed out offensively. Grandville by 7.

Andrew at Kewaskwum (WI): Looking to be a surprise team this year, Andrew makes a statement on Saturday. Andrew by 13

Bradley at Rock Island: Defensive battle early. Turnovers key for Bradley. Bradley by 9

LWC vs. Richards: Have to stop Richard's athletes in space. LWC fails to do so. Richards by 10.

LWW at Hersey: Battle of first time starting QBs. West's youth prevails, defensive secondary comes up with some picks to seal late. West by 6

Stagg vs. Little Village Lawndale: Stagg's discipline shows and line play wins. Stagg by 24.

Traditionally pretty good. I don't know a ton outside of what is available online. Kewaskum had a couple 10 win seasons a few years ago, then went a little down last year. Grandville seems to be typically a high scoring group, but has stayed around 7, 6 wins the past couple years. I've read both are usually well coached.

Congrats to Panthers1211 on going perfect with SWSC picks in week 1!

Not too much drama to dissect for powerhouses. Lockport showed some stones but couldn't keep Grandville O down. Andrew laying the wood in Wisconsin! LWW youth may bite them throughout year. LWC almost pulled off the upset...their defense may be better than we thought.
