Yeah, the refs were horrible. Yeah, MC was the beneficiary of most of the bad calls. BUT...... I've been reading about "home cooking" and how MC should "feel dirty" since last night. That's stupid. MC didn't pick the crew, the IHSA did. Should they have declined the PI because it was a bad call? Batavia outplayed MC in the first half, no question. MC was the better team in the second,especially on defense. Batavia lost a heart breaker on a bad call, no question, but that's nothing for MC to "feel dirty" about. Should Br. Rice have given back the 2 points last week when their player was clearly down at the 2 yard line? Of course not, and I'm sure they don't "feel dirty" about it today, as they shouldn't.

Pretty easy to see at the end of the MC YouTube video of the game. There's what looks to be an MC coach in a yellow hoodie yelling and having to be dragged away as well as an MC adult(?) In a brown pullover and grey hoodie yelling and pointing at someone on the Batavia side.
