Roselle (Ill.) Lake Park three star ranked junior defensive end recruit Jacub Panasiuk (6-foot-4, 260 pounds) surprisingly missed last weekend's Michigan State spring scrimmage.
"We had something come up very late in Saturday night," Panasiuk said. "So I had to miss the visit at the last minute. It was a pretty big visit so I was upset but it was one of those things I couldn't do anything about it. I'll definitely make it up later this spring."
Panasiuk also discussed some of his latest in school visitors.
"Michigan was in school today (Monday) along with Western Michigan. Syracuse came in earlier last week along with Michigan State and Indiana. Notre Dame is coming in tomorrow (Tuesday). Also I keep hearing that more coaches are planning to be in Wednesday and Thursday but I'm not sure which school will be here yet."
EDGY's Thoughts on Jacub Panasiuk recruiting: Again I still have no reason to not think Panasiuk won't wind up committing to Michigan State and joining his brother Mike. Michigan and others are still in hot pursuit but the Spartans still remain the team to beat in my opinion.
